Important Resident Updates Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Regency Multifamily is committed to the health and well-being of our residents, staff and communities. Prevention is key in protecting yourself and reducing the spread to others. In an effort to be proactive, we are taking the following precautions to reduce unnecessary interactions and limit exposure to this illness.
Maintenance Requests: We will still respond immediately to emergencies. For non-emergency items, a member of our Maintenance team will communicate with you via phone, text, email, or video call to try to assist you remotely.
Community Rooms: The Clubhouse brings many people in throughout the day. In consideration of public health safety, we have decided to close the clubhouse until further notice. Delivery drivers have been instructed to deliver packages directly to apartment doors.
Office Visits: Until further notice, we will discontinue all person to person contact and will assist you via phone, text, email, or video call. We are still here for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us throughout this difficult time.
Employees: All employees are currently working from home and are available during regular business hours via phone or email.
Leasing: We are only offering virtual and video tours until further notice. We have created short video tours of our clubhouse and apartment models and will be happy to send those to anyone interested in an apartment. We can also provide virtual tours through video calls from our model or vacant available apartments.
COVID-19 Diagnoses: If you have been officially diagnosed with COVID-19, please contact the leasing office. We will keep your identity confidential but will seek the guidance of the local health department in these cases to be sure we are taking every necessary precaution to ensure the safety of all residents and staff.
We will continue to follow all recommendations from federal, state, and local health entities. Credible sources providing online references about preventing diseases such as the Coronavirus are:
